Weapon is a 4kg axe, powered by a 100mm, 150psi pneumatic ram, generating 800kg+ of force. The ram is fed from an old CO2 fire extinguisher holding either nitrogen at 1000psi or liquified CO2. If you thought your armour was thick enough, think again!
Two 1000Watt, 24Volt Bosch motors, each driving a rear wheel through a custom built gearbox.
Conventional, car-style steering assisted by microprocessor controlled speed controller interface to give very tight lock. Steering is powered by two industrial servos.
Chassis and armour is all polycarbonate (Lexan). Same stuff they use for bullet proof glazing, riot shields, crash helmet visors etc.
Two Hawker Genesis 13Ah sealed lead-acid batteries giving 24Volts.
Two 4QD 200Amp electronic speed controllers, with Basic Stamp 2 RC interface.
